text-indent: **px; line-height: **px; font-family: FangSong; font-size: **px; padding: 0px **px; margin: 0px;">二、中华人民共和国境内符合以下要求的自然人、法人及其他组织，除法律、法规另有规定外均可申请竞买。申请人可以单独申请竞买，也可以联合申请竞买，联合申请竞买必须向交易中心提供联合竞买协议，并在协议中明确受让人的同时，联合竞买各方均需办理数字证书方可参加联合申请竞买。</p><p style="text-align: justify; font-size: **px; padding: 0px **px; margin: 0px;">1.竞得人竞得该用地国有土地使用权后，需同银川市自然资源局签订《国有建设用地使用权出让合同》，按照合同约定全额缴纳土地出让金；与银川中关村创新创业科技园建设服务办公室签订《产业项目“标准地”投资建设协议》，明确标准地“3+X”控制性指标，其中固定资产投资强度不低于人民币大写叁佰万元/亩（小写：(略)/亩），固定资产投资截止日期为竣工投产后完成；建筑容积率不低于1.1；亩均产值不低于人民币大写伍佰万元/亩（小写(略)/亩)；带动就业人数不低于**人；万元增加值能耗不高于1.**吨标准煤。2.其他未尽事宜按照《自治区人民政府办公厅关于推进产业用地“标准地”出让的实施意见》执行。 3.竞得人缴清全部地价款后**日内由银川中关村创新创业科技园建设服务办公室负责向竞得人交付土地。如涉及地上及地下未知管线迁移、建筑垃圾和土方清运等工作由竞得人自行解决，所产生费用由竞得人承担。4.成交价款不包含其他行政规费（税）。</p><p style="text-align: justify;
